Source

Section Description: Information on the source of the dataset, the species it concerns and the name and version of the dataset

Field NameDescriptionConditions
InstituteFAO code(s) of institute which carried out the analysis if the data is from two or more institutes please provide each institute on a new line. The current set of institute codes can be found on the FAO website (http://apps3.fao.org/wiews). If FAO institute code does not exist create a temporary code which starts with an asterisk followed by the 3-letter ISO country code representing the country where the institute is located and the institute's acronym (e.g. '*NLDIFG') and place it in the "Institute codes and decoded values" section with this new code and additional details.
Example: PHL001
Mandatory
Project CodeThe name of the GCP project under which these data were collected
Example: GCP G4006.26

SpeciesTaxonomic or common name of species evaluated. If data is from several species, please separate multiple entries separate each species name with a semi-colon.
Example: Oryza sativa; Oryza glaberima
Mandatory
PloidyThe ploidy number of the species.
Example: 2
Mandatory
Dataset NameDescriptive name of the dataset.
Example: Phenotyping test set

VersionVersion number of the dataset. Must be a number.
Example: 1

Creation DateDate the dataset was created in ISO 8601 format. This format is written in the form YYYY-MM-DD, where YYYY is the year in the usual Gregorian calendar, MM is the month of the year between 01 (January) and 12 (December), and DD is the day of the month between 01 and 31. The hyphens can be omitted if compactness of the representation is more important than human readability, for example as in 19950204. If only the month or even only the year is known: 1995-02 or 1995.
Example: 2006-01-15

Quality Assessment

Section Description: Information about the quality measures used

Field NameDescriptionConditions
Quality MeasureIf the Quality measure is provided with the data then please provide details of the scale. This will depend on the genotyping software used For example the LI-COR software provides a value from 0 to 100 or 200 if quality of the data is checked manually, whereas the ABI software provides a value from 0 to 1.Mandatory
StandardStandard followed by the quality assessment.Mandatory
ControlDescribes the controls used for quality assessment.Mandatory
Error EstimatorDescribes the error estimators used for quality assessment.Optional
